Who am I?

Hello I am Dalila [Dah-LEE-lah] Lara [La-ruh]!

I am a first-generation student, & Chicana 🇲🇽🇺🇸. I’m a Data Scientist with a Master’s of Environmental Data Science (MEDS) from the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at UC Santa Barbara. Passionate about using my data background towards data driven insights towards 🌎 sustainable solutions 🍃.

Throughout my academic and professional career I have had many opportunities that have allowed me to have many privileged activities that I am thankful for. When I am not working or relaxing I enjoy going on hikes, exploring, and going on adventures 🗺️. From big adventures to small adventures with family and friends.
